Important Media Links on Gaza Conflict

Washington Profile of Mohammed Deif, Hamas Military Commander

Charlie Rose’s interview with Khaled Mashaal

Mashaal stops just short of recognizing Israel proper’s right to exist. And Rose exposes him as hateful and violent for condoning the murder the three Israeli teens. — Mashaal lies through his teeth about Hamas not being behind the kidnappings (or actively encouraging them); and having control over Hamas’ military wing.

with Israel Ambassador Ron Derner

This interview gets so combative 8 minutes in. Beats even Jon Stewart’s audacious question to Secretary Clinton about civilian deaths in Gaza. — Other than those two, prestigious and very-independent figures, I assume the rest of the media doesn’t press too hard. Considering Congress is jumping over each other to fund Israel’s military at this time.

Harry Reid says Israel is our best friend

=== All in all, considering how militarized Gaza is, Israel has a just war on its hand — but as you all know (I’m not on Facebook and bullshit social media), the information superhighway is blowing up with anti-Israel sentiment.

My hope with the destruction of a quarter of Gaza, and the terrifying prospect of your citizens being kidnapped d and tortured by the most vicious criminals on the planet — both peoples will sue for peace soon. I’ve never seen a worse time to be an Israeli or Palestinian.
